Job Description

Charlotte area company is seeking an experienced Schedule Coordinator with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling experience.

We are a growing remodeling business and have a great opportunity to join our team.

The Schedule Coordinator works in tandem with Project Manager from purchasing through installation to insure the job goes smoothly and assuring client's satisfaction.

Requirements

Must work in Central or Eastern Time Zones

BuilderTrend experience required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Implement project plan in company's software - BuilderTrend

Construction field knowledgeable.

Must be highly organized.

Must be able to multitask

Excellent communication skills

Communication with customers and employees / sub-contractors

Daily interaction by phone is a must
