Description & Requirements
As the HRBP for Logistics (Canada & US) and Apollo you will be responsible for bringing to life one of our most significant Values at Kraft Heinz – “We Champion Great People.”
In this role- you will drive all people related activities and programs for the Logistics and Planning function including talent development- people strategies- change management- organizational efficiency- and driving a culture of ownership within the organization.
Serve as counsel- business partner- and advocate for the Logistics and Planning Leadership Teams- employees- and business.
Drive staffing plans with business leaders in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team
Lead talent processes including Talent Calibrations- Leadership Planning- and Development Planning
Lead employee relations matters in partnership with business managers
Handle People Budgets to deliver on Annual Operating Plan financials
Implement HR Programs to cultivate an environment of continued learning and employee engagement.
Experience in Human Resources with the demonstrated ability to influence key customers across all levels of the organization
Demonstrable track record of problem solving- simplifying the complex- and effectively leading change
Excellent social skills with the ability to impact a broad audience
Understanding of business fundamentals
Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail- organization- and ability to run multiple challenging priorities
Excellent organizational skills- self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance challenging priorities
